Forts 

The forts are often on a hill top or other commanding site for military defence. They may be surrounded by walls and have breathtaking views.

These have now been converted into hotels with a high standard quality of comfort and service. They maintain the original architecture to evoke the history of the fortifications. Each building and sometimes each bedroom has its own individuality.
The restaurants provian excellent setting to taste the best of the local food and wines.
